Craig has a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical), is a Licensed Canadian Patent Agent and Trademark Agent, and a U.S. Patent Agent. He received his Electrical Engineering degree from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario Canada.

Tanner is a Licensed Canadian Patent Agent whose work involves drafting and prosecution of patent applications, conducting patent searches, and patent infringement and validity analysis.

Tanner is also a Licensed Canadian Trademark Agent as well as a Registered U.S. Patent Agent.
